Payment terms are 14 days from date of invoice.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are required in writing to conference@eaaa.org.au. Upon receipt of written notice, cancellation fees will be applied in accordance with the following schedule:

Up to and including 30 June 2023: Full refund less $100.00 administration fee
1 July 2023 to 30 November 2023: 50% of sponsorship total
1 December 2023 to 31 March 2024: 75% of sponsorship total
1 April 2024 onward: 100% of sponsorship total

The conference social media campaign will run via EAAA's pages and profiles. Initially the campaign will be primarily focused on Facebook and LinkedIn, with increased activity on Instagram and Twitter during and around the conference dates.

Logo

A high resolution file of the organisation's primary logo is required for use on conference materials. The preferred file format is .png which can be uploaded using this form. Other suitable files are .eps or .ai. These can be provided by email or adding a download link to this form.

Please note, the logo must be on a transparent background so .jpg files are not suitable.

Sponsor logos used on conference materials will appear on a white background with adequate clear space between logos. Where multiple sponsors logos appear, size and placement is proportionate to the value of the sponsorship.
